General access is 100% free, requires no prior registration and is subject to daily capacity.

Access and operations

Before you arrive

General entry to the festival will be organized daily at the gates. Plan ahead and check official channels before leaving.

No prior registration

No prior registration will be required for individuals or groups to enter general access.

First come, first served

Access will be managed only on a first come, first served basis each day at the festival gates until capacity is reached.

Limited capacity

For safety, comfort and order, the festival will have a strict daily capacity limit.

Re-entry subject to capacity

If you leave the secured perimeter, your access ends for that day; to return, you must line up again subject to availability.

The venue

Parque Fundidora

The festival will take place outdoors on the Parque Fundidora esplanades. The Live Stage, access points, restrooms, activations and food areas will be shown on the official map published by Host City Monterrey FIFA World Cup 2026™.

Weekly schedules

Gate opening times, allowed access points and broadcast schedules will be announced weekly on official channels.

Special transport

Special routes and extended mass transport hours will serve Parque Fundidora; stops and schedules will be announced soon.

Services

Inside the festival

The venue will include services for a practical, family-friendly visit prepared for Monterrey weather.

Free hydration

Free hydration points will be strategically distributed so you can refill allowed containers.

Lockers

Lockers will be available for rent inside the venue. Capacity will be limited and payment will be by debit or credit card.

First aid

Fixed medical care tents and paramedics will be distributed throughout the venue for incidents or heat-related issues.

Official store

The official store will offer apparel, accessories and official FIFA World Cup 2026™ merchandise.

Food and drinks

The event will include a Food & Soul zone and alcoholic beverage sales inside the venue for adults.

Payment methods

Credit cards, debit cards and cash will be accepted at all bars and food areas.

Review the official list of allowed and forbidden items before arriving. Entry staff may deny any object that compromises tournament safety or order.

Security and order

  • DO NOT attack, threaten, harass, or provoke other people, physically or verbally.
  • DO NOT run, push, or cause crowding that puts others at risk.
  • DO NOT invade stages, fields, or restricted areas, or throw objects.
  • DO NOT obstruct corridors, emergency exits, or evacuation routes.
  • DO NOT deliberately disobey security staff instructions.
  • DO NOT enter unauthorized areas or structures that represent a risk.
  • Keep clothing on at all times.
  • No entry for children under 12 alone
  • No exit for children under 12 alone
  • Do not swim in the lake
  • Do not throw trash into the lake.

Forbidden objects

  • DO NOT bring in weapons, pyrotechnics, flares, or sharp objects.
  • DO NOT bring in illegal substances, drones, or any dangerous object.
  • DO NOT use professional cameras or record without official authorization.

Alcohol, tobacco and drugs

  • DO NOT provide alcohol to minors.
  • DO NOT consume drugs or any illegal substance inside the venue.
  • DO NOT smoke or vape in Parque Fundidora facilities.

Discrimination and inclusion

  • DO NOT carry out acts of racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, or hate in any form.
  • DO NOT deny access to, exclude, or mistreat people with disabilities.
  • DO NOT harass, photograph, or intimidate girls, boys, or adolescents.

Facilities

  • DO NOT damage green areas, infrastructure, or event facilities.
  • DO NOT carry out unauthorized street vending or child labor.
  • Respect flora and fauna

Safety and coexistence

  • Report any risk, harassment, or violence situation to security staff.
  • Always follow security staff instructions.
  • Keep corridors, exits, and evacuation routes clear.
  • Agree on a family meeting point before entering the event.
  • If you lose a minor, go immediately to an information or security point.
  • Identify emergency exits

Inclusion and respect

  • Respect accessible routes and reserved areas, and support people with disabilities.
  • Treat everyone with dignity, regardless of origin, gender, or appearance.
  • If you are visiting from abroad and need help, go to staff: they speak several languages.

Responsible consumption

  • Consume alcohol in moderation and only if you are of legal age.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Use rest and shade areas if you feel unwell.
